Scent of Surrender
She leaned in until her lips brushed his ear, her voice a sultry whisper. "Then shut your eyes and listen, baby. You're home now. You don't have to pretend for anyone else tonight."
Trey obeyed, letting the world fade away as Kiana spoke. The confession was over, but the power dynamic had shifted. He was completely in her hands, and he wouldn't have it any other way.
Chapter 4: Scent Marking
The door clicks shut behind her, the sound echoing in the cavernous bedroom. The dim ambient light casts shadows across the king-sized bed, where his shoes and socks already lie discarded. Kiana stands at the edge of the four-poster, the soft fabric of her red satin nightgown clinging to her curves. The air is thick with tension and heat.
She moves slowly towards the walk-in closet, her heels clicking on the hardwood floor. With a soft click, she pulls out a small wooden box and opens it. A wooden phallic scent marker rests on a bed of velvet—her favorite. She picks it up and runs her thumb over the smooth wood, recalling every moment it was in his hand at the club tonight.
Turning to face him, she stands directly in front of the full-length mirror. The sight of her reflection—eyes heavy with dark lashes, lips parted slightly in invitation—is enough to make him swallow hard. She brings the scent marker up to her nose, inhaling deeply before speaking.
"You know what this is for, baby," she purrs, her voice sultry and commanding. Trey stands rooted to the spot, his mind racing. He wants to answer, to deny, to surrender completely. But he knows better than anyone that the only word that will ever come out of his mouth is 'Yes'.
He steps forward, crossing the distance between them in three powerful strides. Kiana doesn't flinch; she meets his gaze head-on, her dominance undeniable. The scent marker still rests in her hand, its presence electric in the air.
Trey reaches out a trembling hand, touching her cheek lightly. She closes her eyes, savoring the contact before opening them again to look at him. "You were watching the whole time, weren't you?" she asks, her voice soft but cutting through his defenses.
He nods, throat dry. "I was, babe. I couldn't help myself."
She steps back, out of his reach, and walks over to the vanity. She picks up a small glass vial with a red stopper and pours some of the liquid into her palm. The scent is sharp and intoxicating—sandalwood and musk, just like his cologne tonight. She rubs her fingers together, letting the fragrance spread.
